Welcome to everything Flying 15 at Blackpool & Fleetwood Yacht Club

The Flying 15 is a 2 person small keelboat designed in 1947 by Uffa Fox, it provides exhilarating sailing and many characteristics of a dinghy with the added stability a keel offers.

The boats are easy to transport, reasonably priced to buy and maintain whilst offering access to a very supportive and competitive fleet. The Flying 15 fleet at Blackpool & Fleetwood Yacht Club offers a huge depth of experience and support to all of its members and always welcomes new sailors. The boat's versatility and ease of use means that people of all ages can sail and compete in the fleet, we currently have, children to great grandparents doing so. The fleet ranges from international sailors to social club sailors, families going for an afternoon cruise, to the club hosting its own open event on the UK circuit.  There is as much, or as little, for you to take part in as you wish.
