Club Regatta Weekend 2nd, 3rd, & 4th June

As well as the Regatta Championships on Saturday and Sunday,

we have some great Social Events planned for the weekend, starting on Friday evening.

Everyone welcome - there's something for all members, their guests and families.

FRIDAY 2nd JUNE

Our Regatta Weekend kicks off on Friday evening with the Annual Club Bike Ride, organised by Val & Ian Hockey,

and followed by a Hot Pot Supper and Quiz. More details of route and start time to follow,

but start brushing up on your general knowledge now!

Andy Airnes will be serving up Pimms and Cocktails, followed by a hot buffet of Pulled Pork & Apple Sauce,

Spicy Chicken Skewers, Honey-glazed Sausages, Loaded Potato Skins, Coleslaw, Greek Salad, Brioche. (Veggie option available)

Well-known to many of you, IAN HOOPER, is making a very welcome return to the Club.

Having performed all around the globe over the last 35 years, from Japan to South Africa to Las Vegas,

Ian always looks forward to gigs on his home turf, and has promised us a fun-packed evening,

playing your favourite songs and requests, all guaranteed to be dance-floor fillers!

Racing, Family BBQ with Bouncy Castle, and Regatta Prize-Giving

Racing starts at 11am and, from midday,

we'll be setting up the club barbecues,

with a Bouncy Giraffe for kids 12 and under, followed by the Regatta Prize-giving.
