Consent Form
Parent / Guardian consent form. Required for each attendee under the age of 18.

BFYC Members receive a 50% discount on sailing & powerboat course fees.
Places are allocated on a first booked basis.
To book places please complete a booking form, including a £20 deposit and indicating the course required and return to the address detailed on the Booking Form.
Please make cheques payable to BFYC. However if you prefer we can accept cash or payment via BACS. Account details on the booking form. Card payments may be made over the bar at the Yacht Club (Open weekends only)
Attendance at all scheduled days in any course is required to qualify.
Please Note, courses may be re-scheduled or cancelled if there are insufficient pupils or adverse weather.
